Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to PostMCP's API, dashboard, CLI, MCP server, workers, and related services. By using PostMCP, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and only connect social accounts you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity performed with your users, API keys, agents, and connected accounts.
Acceptable use
You may not use PostMCP to:
- break laws, platform rules, or third-party rights;
- publish spam, fraud, malware, harassment, or deceptive content;
- bypass rate limits, security controls, or account restrictions; or
- probe or disrupt systems without written authorization.
Publishing and third-party platforms
You control the content and publishing instructions you submit. Third-party platforms may delay, reject, modify, or remove posts under their own terms. PostMCP does not control those platforms.
Private beta
The service is in private beta and may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. Published reliability figures are internal targets unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
Fees
Paid usage is billed according to the pricing shown when you purchase. Taxes may apply. You authorize recurring charges for subscriptions until cancellation. Except where law requires otherwise, charges for completed usage are non-refundable.
Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. You retain ownership of your content and grant PostMCP the limited rights needed to store, process, and publish it on your instructions.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, or harm to PostMCP, its users, or connected platforms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. PostMCP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid PostMCP during the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the effective date here. Material changes will be communicated to workspace owners where required. Questions may be sent to support@postmcp.dev.
